K. Simone Designs Turns 10!!! April 20, 2011, my husband Ron and I launched our greeting card business. Since we started, we have sold over 300 cards and donated over 80 cards to charitable events.  After years of selling our cards, we have also added my art to our collection. This is an exciting newer venture that we are thrilled about, too.  K. I have been attending lots of online classes this year. Michaels hosted two with papercrafter Paige Evans . She featured her new paper collection and this fun Explosion Box. I loved how she created her box and wanted to try it. So in this new YouTube video, I shared how I decorated mine with Simple Stories "Simple Vintage Cottage Fields" collection and other supplies. You can get this pre-made box from Michaels , added your paper and embellishments and that's it! A beautiful gift! Take a look at how mine turned out. Such a fun project! Video Link HERE! Here are some views of the inside. I thought I would give it as a gift but now I want to keep it. LOL! You can make this box as dressy as you want and even add a gift on the inside.
