More Cards for Mothers

I have enjoyed making all these Mother's Day cards. I have used Prima's Meadowlark patterned paper collection on all these cards. It have been a fun challenge to see all the different ways I can mix and match these patterns. We have got several orders and will be busy this week finishing a few more cards and shipping them out. So excited! Take a look! Wish you could see this in person. This lavender rhinestone slider is so pretty. I like mixing jewelry type pieces with my crafts. I really like the green ribbon on this one. Green glitter paper is so fun to use. Just makes this card a little fancier! This one has green glitter paper also. Can you see it? Love using this Prima paper with the sheer leaves, velvet like flower and the bling swirls. So lovely!

New Cards Added For Mother's

Oh, I am in Mother's Day card heaven! I have made so many cards and still have more to make. Here are some of the beautiful embellishments I have been using for my Spring and Mother's Day cards. Aren't these so pretty? Here are more of the cards I made. I found these rhinestone sliders and couldn't wait to use them. They have pink stones and so beautiful in person.  Also, I used Prima's Meadowlark patterned paper on the yellow and pink cards. The last pink floral paper came from Paper Source store. These cards will be added to our Etsy shop this week. ( http://www.kellyron.etsy.com/ ) This card sold so I made another one. So pretty! Love how these cards turned out. Hope the mom's feel the joy that I feel.  K. Simone Designs... where our couture greeting cards are a gift!

More Thank You Cards

I had a nice challenge. My mom wanted some thank you cards for ladies and men. Most of my cards are 6 inch x 6 inch in size. But I decided to try a smaller size card. So I got the pre-scored card and envelope package from Michael's. They were so small and I really wanted the 5x7 size instead. But I jumped into the smaller size 4 inches x 5.5 inches and was surprise how fun it was. Making cards for men is another challenge. But I did have some paper I thought would make nice designs. So I made a variety of cards that she will enjoy giving away. Go on Kelly, you did it! LOL! Here they are! I got on such a roll with the lady cards, I made more than she needed! So maybe a blog giveaway gift is coming soon????? Used Echo Park pp and Recollections flowers. Used Teresa Collins pp, Recollections flowers and lace ribbon. Used buttons and a variety of pp from My Mind's Eye, Doodlebug, & others. Can't remember! :) Here is a closer look at a few! All the lad...

Happy Easter

Happy Easter! I still remember wearing a special outfit, getting my hair done and the family dinners. One of my favorite memories was taking pictures. My dad was a professional photographer and for many years, he would take pictures of me in my outfit. It was like a mini photo shoot. Sometimes we would even go on location - like the neighbors yard. (See that is why I should of become a professional model. He gave me some great training. LOL! ) Then, to prolong the holiday I loved wearing my fancy hairdo and new clothes to school the next day. This was one of the best holidays plus all the vacation time, too. So fun! In celebration of Easter here are a few cards I made for my mother-in-law. My husband wrote a poem which was included inside the card. So together we created a lovely card. Used green and white cardstocks, purple glitter cardstock, patterned paper by Best Creation Inc, green ribbon, and lavenderr flower. Card size is 6x6. Used my Spellbinder to create the sen...
