Christmas Wreaths part 1

Happy Holidays! In the spirit of the season, I have made some Christmas wreaths. I went to my local Michael's and took a free floral class where I learned how to put this wreath together. The instructor was very nice and talented. I had never noticed the "mesh" wreaths that are so popular and I ended up adding that material to mine. It really made it sparkle and shine. Love that mesh! LOL!

I used a Styrofoam wreath, wrapped it with my ribbon, added the red and green mesh, and the flower.

I loved this "R" initial. I painted it green and then added glitter paint to it.

So with my extra I decorated another wreath I had to give it a little love.

Next time, I will be sharing more mesh wreaths I am making for my mom and mother-in-law. So stay tuned!

  4. Kelly, these are so beautiful. I wish you lived near enough to come help me make one for my door. I love the use of the R in the center and love the poinsettias on the other one. So very pretty.
